Delco Voter Books Missing; Does Dem Vote Fraud Loom?

We have received this press release from the Delaware County (Pa.) Republican Party and feel it is important to share.

Alarmed that a number of measures have not already been put in place, Tom McGarrigle, Chairman of the Delaware County Republican Party, called on the County’s Election Board to take immediate action to protect the integrity of the upcoming election and prevent the disenfranchisement of voters at the polls on Election Day.

Delco Voter Books Missing; Does Dem Vote Fraud Loom?
Delco First Assistant District Attorney Tanner Rouse is tasked to be the point man on election problems. Here he is bragging on social media about campaigning for Democrats. Yes, it’s concerning.

McGarrigle also expressed alarm that when at least two duly elected Judges of Election went to pick up their voter books from the Election Board today (Oct. 30), they had already been picked up by other individuals.  The Election Board was unable to determine who picked up the books, demonstrating a complete lack of basic safeguards and protections.  The location of the books, which are used to verify a person’s eligibility to vote at a polling place – and confirm they had not already voted by mail-in ballot — remains unknown at this time.

McGarrigle called on the Election Board to establish clear procedures and safeguards in three key areas:

1.  Ensuring the county’s 44 mail-in ballot drop boxes are closed and secured at 8 pm on Election Day, as well as providing for bipartisan oversight of the collection and delivery of those ballots;

2.   Preventing the disenfranchisement of voters by ensuring each polling location has ample provisional ballots to address the problem of many individuals never receiving their requested mail-in ballots (Note there was a problem in the primary election where many polling locations ran out of provisional ballots); and

3.  Establishing clear procedures with bipartisan oversight for segregating mail in ballots received after Election Day to ensure compliance with the recent opinion issued by the US Supreme Court.

“It is alarming that we are just days away from the election and the Election Board has failed to address many important issues related to ensuring a fair and secure election,” said McGarrigle.  “The county Republican Party has attempted to work in good faith with the Democratic run county government, but many of our concerns about the lack of transparency and details on steps being taken to ensure the integrity of the election have gone unanswered.”

McGarrigle said he was driven to take his concerns public because those concerns have gone unanswered and unaddressed.  He said the Delaware County Republican Party was informed that Tanner Rouse, the First Assistant District Attorney under Democratic DA Jack Stollsteimer was the county’s “point person” on addressing election concerns. He said that a number of questions and concerns have gone unanswered by Rouse and was bewildered when Rouse posted today on social media that he was out campaigning on behalf of Democrats Deb Ciamacca and Mary Gay Scanlon (see attached). McGarrigle noted the irony, particularly since the Chester Spirit reported shortly after Stollsteimer took office earlier this year that as a result of a new ethics policy he instated that “partisan activity was ceased” by employees of the DA’s office.

“It is unbelievable that the county’s point person on ‘fair elections’ who is responsible for reviewing and investigating any complaints from the Republican Party is engaging in campaign activities for one party while ignoring our requests to ensure the integrity of the elections,” said McGarrigle. “It’s a blatant conflict of interests and raises serious questions about whether our our concerns will receive an unbiased, fair review.”

“When voters approved Delaware County’s Home Rule Charter, they specifically established the Election Bureau as an independent entity free of the control of Delaware County Council to provide for fair elections and safeguard against improper influence by any one political party.  In the months leading up to the election, we have seen the complete politicization of the Election Bureau and Election Board by Delaware County Council.  County Council’s violation of the independence of the Election Board, the repeated violations of the Sunshine Act, lack of transparency, and the failures to safeguard the security of the election process need to be addressed.”

McGarrigle stated that to date the Election Bureau has failed to ensure compliance with state law that requires all ballots must be submitted by 8 pm on Election Day by establishing procedures to close and secure each of the county’s 44 drop box locations at that time. Currently, the county plans to have 4 vans drive to each drop box location and collect those ballots without any bipartisan oversight. That would also mean ballots could continue to be deposited in drop box locations well after 8 pm. McGarrigle called on the Election Board to immediately establish a process by which each drop box has a tamper-proof seal with a serial number placed upon it by the Judge of Elections for that precinct under the oversight of a watcher to remove any concerns that any ballot could be discarded or tampered with. He also called for a process by which watchers could monitor the travel of those vans until those drop boxes were delivered and properly secured.

McGarrigle said that there were rampant issues during the primary election of polling locations having insufficient provisional ballots on hand. McGarrigle predicted demand for provisional ballots would be even higher during the upcoming general election because many voters have not yet received their mail-in ballots from Delaware County, despite making their requests weeks ago.  During the primary election, the scarcity of provisional ballots at polling locations forced many Judge of Elections to require voters to wait for more to be delivered in order to vote provisionally. In some cases, voters left and did not return due to transportation issues or time constraints, resulting in the disenfranchisement of those voters.  He said the Delaware County Republican Party has repeatedly raised concerns about ensuring ample provisional ballots that have gone unanswered by the Election Board or the District Attorney’s Office.

McGarrigle also noted that the recent opinion issued last week by the US Supreme Court requires that all mail-in-ballots received after Election Day be segregated from the other mail-in ballots until the court can hear arguments and issue a decision on the case.  He said that the Election Board needs to establish a clear and secure process – with bipartisan oversight – for ensuring that mail-in ballots received after the Election Day are not co-mingled with other ballots.

“Given the politicization of the Election Board that has already occurred, these are fair but much-needed steps that need to be taken to provide reassurances and ensure the integrity of the process and provide for a fair, untainted election,” said McGarrigle.

McGarrigle explained that over the course of the past few months, there have been many irregularities related to the actions by Delaware County Council and the Election Bboard.  He said that going forward, there needs to be clear dividing between County Council and the Election Board to restore its independence. McGarrigle pointed to violations of the Sunshine Act, such as failing to provide public notice regarding agenda items before the Election Board.

He also expressed concern that County Council, on Oct. 7, approved $80,000 in no bid contracts, including a $53,000 contract to Today Media, the parent company of Main Line Today magazine, for “voter outreach.”  At the October 6th County Council agenda meeting, Councilwoman Christine Reuther stated that the contracts needed to be approved because the two companies were already doing the work and needed to get paid. Earlier this week, the contractors issued a communication under the name of the Delaware County Election Board that was never reviewed or approved by the members of the board or their solicitor.

“It is extremely concerning that there had been no explanation of why this work was not competitively bid , how the firms were selected, who selected them, and how they could enter into contracts with them before any approvals were given,” said McGarrigle.  “In addition, who is approving these communications from the Election Board without their knowledge or authorization?”

McGarrigle raised a number of other concerns as well, including failures to address problems of ballot harvesting and repeated failures by the majority of the Election Board to provide proper notification to the Republican representative on the board on a range of issues. McGarrigle also noted that the county’s establishment of an Election Working Group, which met regularly and included a quorum of both County Council and the Election Board, as well as other select, hand-picked organizations violated the Sunshine Act.  He said those meetings should have been open to the public.

Trump Ballots Discarded In Luzerne County

Trump Ballots Discarded In Luzerne County — If you missed as is likely, the United States Attorney’s Office Middle District of Pennsylvania released this statement, today, Sept. 24.

On Monday, September 21, 2020, at the request of Luzerne County District Attorney Stefanie Salavantis, the Office of the United States Attorney along with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Scranton Resident Office, began an inquiry into reports of potential issues with a small number of mail-in ballots at the Luzerne County Board of Elections.

Since Monday, FBI personnel working together with the Pennsylvania State Police have conducted numerous interviews and recovered and reviewed certain physical evidence.  Election officials in Luzerne County have been cooperative. At this point we can confirm that a small number of military ballots were discarded.   Investigators have recovered nine ballots at this time.  Some of those ballots can be attributed to specific voters and some cannot.  Of the nine ballots that were discarded and then recovered, 7 were cast for presidential candidate Donald Trump. Two of the discarded ballots had been resealed inside their appropriate envelopes by Luzerne elections staff prior to recovery by the FBI and the contents of those 2 ballots are unknown.

Our inquiry remains ongoing and we expect later today to share our up to date findings with officials in Luzerne County.  It is the vital duty of government to ensure that every properly cast vote is counted.

Vote in person. Even the Democrats are saying this now.

Pennsylvania Non Citizen Voters Confirmed At 11,198

Pennsylvania Non Citizen Voters Confirmed At 11,198 — The Democrat Wolf Administration has confirmed that 11,198 non-citizens are registered to vote in Pennsylvania.

Whether they have in recent elections has yet to be ascertained.

Gov. Wolf fought to release the information until finally succumbing to the persistence of State Rep. Daryl Metcalfe (R-12).

Still, the information was not released until after the November election.

Metcalfe is demanding that they be immediately removed from the voter rolls. That this didn’t happen automatically is remarkable.

100,000 Noncitizens Registered To Vote In Pa.

100,000 Noncitizens Registered To Vote In Pa. — More than 100,000 noncitizens are registered to vote in Pennsylvania according to a lawsuit filed, yesterday, Feb. 26, by the Public Interest Legal Foundation.

The lawsuit,(PILF v. Torres et. al. 1:18-cv-00463)., was filed in United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and claims the Pennsylvania Department of State refused to allow the PILF to inspect or be furnished documents related to noncitizen registered voters as per required by the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA).

The NVRA allows unfettered physical inspection rights to all records related to voter list maintenance, notes the PILF.

The state would only let the PILF  see records related to voters removed from the rolls because of death or change of residence.

Philadelphia Commissioner Al Schmidt presented a report to the Pennsylvania Assembly in 2017 that detailed how a DOS/PennDOT study of noncitizen driver’s license holders matched records belonging to roughly 100,000 current voters in the statewide registration database.

“For months, Pennsylvania bureaucrats have concealed facts about noncitizens registering and voting—that ends today,” PILF President and General Counsel J. Christian Adams said. “Before this lawsuit, the State admitted to a ‘glitch’ that exposed thousands of driver’s license customers to voter registration offers despite their noncitizen status since the 1990s. The Secretary of State abruptly resigned. DOS officials blocked federal public inspection rights. The PILF hopes to finally get answers about the true scale of noncitizen voting in Pennsylvania and assist lawmakers in crafting reforms that fix it.”

This is a major story. Why would the Department of State withhold this information? Will the Philadelphia Inquirer cover it as it deserves? The Delaware County Daily Times?  Expect to see them circle the wagons to make this go away and protect their favored political party.

Hey Alex Charlton what do you think about this?

Anti-Vote Fraud Bill Advances; Charlton, Bucks Reps Nays

Anti-Vote Fraud Bill Advances Or Alex Charlton, What’s Up? — A commonsense anti-vote-fraud bill overwhelming passed the Pennsylvania House, Sept. 26, and is now before the state Senate.

The bill no longer restricts poll watchers to their county of registration allowing them to monitor anywhere in the Commonwealth.

The vote was 106 to 91. Naturally, every fraud-dependent Democrat present — three weren’t there — voted against it,  but strangely so did 13 Republicans including Alex Charlton of Springfield (165), James Santora of Drexel Hill (163); and Bucks County reps Gene DiGirolamo  (18), Bernie O’Neill (29), Marguerite Quinn (143), Craig T. Staats (143),  Katharine M. Watson (144) and Scott Petri (178).

So what’s up with that Alex Charlton? More interestingly what’s up with that Bucks County? What all do you have to be afraid of?

Election Integrity Commission May Collect Data

Election Integrity Commission May Collect Data — U.S. District Court Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly of the District of Columbia ruled, July 24, that President Trump’s Commission on Election Integrity may resume collecting detailed voter roll information from the states.

The commission is seeking the public information including the names of registered voters, the last four digits of their Social Security numbers, criminal records, and voting history.

Democrat-connected groups are opposing this investigation along with the District of Columbia and 17 Democrat-controlled states including Pennsylvania.

Hmmm. What could possibly be the reason??

Judge Kollar-Kotelly did not compel the states to turn over the information which was probably the correct thing to do at this point considering our federal system. It just means the grassroots are going to have to get involved. In Pennsylvania, that means getting rid of Tom Wolf as governor.

The commission is chaired by Vice President Mike Pence and Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach. Kobach ran a successful investigation into vote fraud in his state.

Trump Won Popular Vote, Maybe, Really

Trump Won Popular Vote, Maybe, Really
Popular vote winner too?

Trump Won Popular Vote, Maybe, Really — Hillary Clinton officially got 2,868,691 more votes than The Donald last November.

Trump, however, claimed that he won the popular vote if the illegal votes were subtracted.

It looks like he was right. Data from a biannual Harvard study indicates  5.7 million noncitizens illegally voted in 2008 election, and 3.6 million did so in 2012.

There is no reason to think the non-citizen vote was lower in 2016.

And this does not include dead voters and other vote fraud.

Democrats will shrilly screech that vote fraud doesn’t exist.

Whatever. Humor us. Allow us to impose photo ID just as Costco does for those seeking to enter their stores and just as Wawa does for those seeking to buy cigarettes.

Allow poll watchers to cross county lines. What could ever possibly be the reason to oppose this? Hmm? There must be one because you shrilly screeched when it was requested last fall and stopped it from happening.

And what’s up with giving driver’s licenses to those here illegally? Here is a list of states that did in 2015. All but one went for Clinton including Nevada which was the only state Trump lost in which he led in the polls.

Vote fraud happens and it appears more and more it is the only reason for the victories the Democrats have managed over the last few decades.

Build the wall.

Trump Battles Vote Fraud — Remember Michigan Recount

Trump Battles Vote Fraud — President Trump has implied that vote fraud was the cause of his popular vote loss last November and oh how the establishment propagandists are having a cow.

One reporter asked Sean Spicer at yesterday’s (Jan. 24) press conference if the president is going to ask for an investigation into the matter.

Well, yes. Yes he is.

Vote fraud obviously happens and the reason why rather mild commonsense attempts to minimize it are shouted down is because those doing the shouting want it to continue.

For Pete’s sake, you need a photo ID to get into Costco.

With that said, we have concluded that photo ID is not the best hill upon which to fight.

A better one here in the Keystone State would be to giving poll watchers state-wide access rather than be restricted to the county in which they live. For some reasons, Democrats — especially those in Philly — are opposed to this mild reform just as they were to photo ID.

And for those sneering at Spicer and Trump, remember when Jill Stein got a recount to challenge Trump’s win in Michigan? The recount was stopped two days after it started only after major, almost laughable, irregularities were found in Detroit, which overwhelmingly supported Clinton.

Just a coincidence we are sure. Trump Battles Vote Fraud

Detroit Vote Fraud Indication

Detroit Vote Fraud Indication — Detroit News reports that a third of Detroit precincts registered more votes than people who voted.

Detroit Vote Fraud IndicationThis is a pretty good indication of vote fraud.

Donald Trump won Michigan by 10,704 votes or about .2 percent. The revelation regarding the Motor City — which overwhelmingly went for Hillary Clinton as big cities are wont — means that Trump’s margin of victory was likely much higher.

Considering the obvious voting by those here illegally, and reports of major vote fraud in Nevada – a state that Trump lost where he was actually ahead in the polls — cleaning up our election system must be a priority now that Republicans are holding the reins in most places.

In Pennsylvania, poll watchers should be certified on a state-wide basis and allowed access to any precinct of their choosing, which is not the case now.

Independents and minor party representatives should also be allowed easy certification for poll watching.

Data should be shared nationally regarding registration, and criminal penalties imposed for those registered in more than one location. Bummer, Swarthmore College kids.

And yes, when one registers to vote it should be confirmed that that person is a citizen.

Allowing someone to vote illegally is every bit a violation on civil rights as keeping someone from voting. It’s bizarre that some fail to comprehend this.

Massive Nevada Voter Fraud

Massive Nevada Voter Fraud –Donald Trump lost Nevada, Nov. 8, by 26,434 votes. Maybe he didn’t lose it at all.

Massive Nevada Voter Fraud
Did he win Nevada too?

Newsmax is reporting the U.S. Postal Service certified returned mail from 9,200 persons on the voter roll in State Assembly District 15 which is Clark County. The votes cast in the district were 17,086.

Many of returned names belonged to deceased persons or of celebrities like Edward Snowden who obviously did not live in the district.

The investigation was initiated by Republican Assembly candidate Stan Vaughan who lost his race by 6,942 votes, an ostensible landslide, unless, of course, there were 9,000 fraudulent votes for his opponent in which case Vaughan would have won.

Vaughn said a sample of 200 of the returned names showed that 185 had indeed voted.

Further Vaughan said many including himself was prohibited from voting because the poll worker claimed that he had already did.

Clark County has 42 State Assembly districts most of which were won by Democrats. If there were 9,000 bad votes cast in just one and the Republican candidates themselves were kept from voting, we can add another state to the Trump win column.

Yes, Jill Stein is a hypocrite.

Hat tip Gateway Pundit.
