Gay Extremist Gift Gets Wagner Grief

Gay Extremist Gift Gets Wagner Grief  — A $5,000 contribution by a gay extremist in 2015 to a political action committee headed by Scott Wagner is getting the GOP gubernatorial hopeful quite a bit of grief.

A lot, lot of grief.

The money was given by Tim Gill to Reform PA PAC,  which Wagner chairs. Wagner won an historic write-in special election in March 2014 to represent the York County-centered 28th District. He campaigned as a Tea Party candidate against corruption, cronyism and indifference by the Republican establishment.

He won a full term that fall.

While Wagner has been outspokenly good on certain issues such as the state’s scandalous pension system, he seems to have managed to get himself most identified with a bizarre crusade to prohibit businesses and institutions from making distinctions based on biological sex.

He has co-sponsored a series of “bathroom bills“, a term with which Wagner wrongly takes issue  as there is no doubt that these bills would  grant by-right access for males calling themselves female to women’s restrooms and girls’ school sports.

Wagner has said that ending privacy for women (and girls) was not his intent and that he merely wants to stop LGBQWHATEVER people from being discriminated by business.

That’s almost as bad, Scott. The elimination of  the concept of “protected groups” should be the goal of decent, thinking people, not their expansion.

Being a member of a “protected group” is not helpful. Business owners — as we’d expect you to understand — base the vast majority of hiring decisions on whether the employee will make life easier. Protected group membership is something that makes business owners walk on eggshells and that is, by far, the main reason protected group members face — understandable — discrimination.

Gays, who are not yet a protected group, certainly aren’t facing economic hardship in this country and that gets us to Tim Gill.

Gill is the mega-rich gay extremist who wants to “punish” those who question his lifestyle choices. This always means stifling debate about legitimate concerns and usually means personal destruction. He is a bad, corrupting man.

SEPTA Eagles Parade Schedule

SEPTA Eagles Parade Schedule — SEPTA has announced significant adjustments for service on Thursday (Feb. 8) for the Eagles Super Bowl Parade, according to State Rep. Alex Charlton (R-165). Free rides will be offered on the Market-Frankford and Broad Street lines, but service will be limited to select stops.

Regional Rail will board only at select stations and will service only select stations in Center City. Customers MUST have either a Weekly or Monthly TrailPass, an Independence Pass, or a pre-purchased senior/reduced fare ticket. Discounted Independence Passes will go on sale today (Feb. 6) for $10.

Please see http://www.septa.org/eagles  for complete information regarding service on Thursday.

That’s great Alex but couldn’t you have told us that all stations are open on the Route 101 and the trolleys will be running every 15 minutes?

And, more relevantly, what are you doing about ending prevailing wage and shaving up to $30 million off the cost of the new Springfield High School?

Donna Ellingsen Persecution Back

Donna Ellingsen Persecution BackDonna Ellingsen Persecution Back — The persecution of popular Chesco GOP Area 19 Chairwoman Donna Ellingsen has restarted.

Mrs. Ellingsen was subjected to a bizarre purge attempt by allies of County Boss Val DiGirogio  in early 2016 alleging that she violated party bylaws in  supporting a candidate other than the nominated one.

It was thought that her overwhelming re-election in April 2016 and her easy election as area chair in June 2017  put the matter to rest.

Oh well.

Mrs. Ellingsen announced in late December she was running for State Committee. Val’s heart must have been warmed by that bit of Christmas news. In early January, Mrs. E got a letter from the county GOP demanding she appear before a new inquisition on Feb. 19 for something or other. They weren’t exactly clear about what. She is trying to find that out but they aren’t telling her despite repeated requests.

She also got a letter from county voter services — run, certainly coincidently, by Kara Rahn who is wife of Val confident Alex Rahn and previous Area 1 chair– demanding all spending receipts going back to 2014.

Donna notes that she has chaired her area since 2017 but is not the treasurer who is responsible for record keeping and financial filings. She was nevertheless told by Chesco Voter Services not to destroy the records she doesn’t have.

Donna further notes that she will run for the Republican State Committee post whether the party establishment endorses her or not. Obviously Val wants her out. The well-connected operator won his promotion to state GOP Chairman by just two votes a year ago.

For the record, Donna happily endorses Sheriff Bunny Welsh for state committee and points out that she couldn’t run against her if she wanted to as Donna is in Republican State Committee Region 2 and Bunny is in Region 3. Rumors had been spread — who could have done that Val? — that Donna was taking on the popular sheriff.

We find it interesting, remarkable actually, that Val DiGiorgio, who still chairs the Chesco GOP despite his new state duties, has time to again attempt to remove the active Mrs. Ellingsen from party involvement especially considering how under DiGiorgio’s helmsmanship the Republicans managed to lose every Chesco row office race in November and despite the horrible election results the Republicans had statewide.

We Watched Super Bowl And Are Glad

We Watched Super Bowl And Are GladWe Watched Super Bowl And Are Glad— We watched the Philadelphia Eagles’ first Super Bowl win last night. It was the first football game we watched this season. We are glad we did.

The humility shown by the stars after the game with their praise of God, Jesus, their opponents and each other makes you believe that there is hope for the NFL.

Make no mistake, the anthem protests — there weren’t any last night — were the final straw for many falling upon a plague of unrepentant bad behavior  mixed with  hypocritical “social justice” virtue-signaling ranging from pink shoes to the forced drafting of Michael Sam.

If the league learns that masculinity is good, the “thug life” is bad and that the two aren’t the same, maybe it has a future.

Fayette County Seven Years War —The first war that could arguably called a “world war” in that it was fought on more than four continents started in Fayette County, Pa. The instigator was George Washington. It’s known in history as the Seven Years War and ran from 1754 to 1763. OK, we know that’s nine years but they call it what they call it.

Hansjorg Wyss Sex Assault Investigation Reopens

Hansjorg Wyss Sex Assault Investigation Reopens

(We contacted the Morris County prosecutor’s office for an update and it was explained that it was decided in 2014 that the evidence in the case was insufficient for a prosecution. New evidence was obtained in 2017 but after review it was still considered insufficient and the case was never reopened.)

With the talk about the release of the Congressional memo revealing FBI interference on behalf of Hillary Clinton and attempts to undermine the Trump Administration after The Donald’s victory, we’d like to call attention to a story not being widely reported regarding another major Clinton supporter.

An investigation into sexual assault  by Swiss billionaire Hansjorg Wyss has been reopened by Fredric M. Knapp, the Morris County, N. J., prosecutor.

Wyss is accused of brutally assaulting former employee Jacqueline Long on April 3, 2011,  at the Governor Morris Hotel in Morristown.

Wyss  is a boardmember of the progressive Center for American Progress, founded by John Podesta, the strange man who chaired Hillary’s failed 2016 campaign.

Wyss donated $5 million to the Clinton Foundation in 2013 to support “the progress women and girls have made in the 20 years since the UN Fourth World Conference on Women.”

Really Hansjorg, stay away from barbells.

The Wyss Foundation also gave $110 million to progressive activist groups in 2014 and 2015. It should be noted that Podesta sat on the board from 2009 to 2013.

Wyss also was the architect for an aggressive $100 million “Democracy Program” in 2016, which sought to create a “surge of registration,” as reported by The Daily Caller.

Wyss’ company Synthes Inc had to pay a $23.8 million fine in 2011 after it was found to have conducted illegal human experiments that resulted in the deaths of three elderly patients.

Hey Hansjorg a little friendly advice: Stay away from windows and  barbells.
