Josh Shapiro Ellen Greenberg And Looming Election — Josh Shapiro kicked the controversial Ellen Greenberg case to Chester County District Attorney Deb Ryan in August after sitting on it since 2019.
Was Pennsylvania’s looming gubernatorial election a motive? The polls show it tight between Democrat Shapiro and Republican Doug Mastriano.
Miss Greenberg, a kindergarten teacher engaged to NBC producer Samuel Goldberg, was found dead by Goldberg in her Manayunk apartment on Jan. 26, 2011. She had 22 stab wounds. The case was initially ruled a homicide by the Philadelphia Medical Examiner’s office, then changed to suicide.

Miss Greenberg’s parents, Josh and Sandee, rejected the finding as some of the wounds were to her back and head and some apparently occurred after death.
In 2019, they asked the city’s District Attorney’s office headed by Larry Krasner to review the case. Krasner sent it state Attorney General Shapiro as Krasner had represented the Greenbergs.
And so Shapiro sat on it despite a media controversy. Would it really take three years to determine if the wounds were from behind? To have occurred after-death?
Those kind of injuries would pretty much rule out suicide.

My column was inspired by Josh Shapiro Tweets Toni Shuppe in which he calls Mrs. Shuppe “dangerous.” The only way Pennsylvania is in danger is if Shapiro becomes governor. I can’t speak for Delco, but here in Montgomery County we have a rapist as the chair of the Board of Elections. That would be Ken Lawrence who is also the vice-chair of the Board of Commissioners. The Board of Elections consists of the three commissioners hence also includes Republican token Joe Gale as vice chair and Valerie Arkoosh, who is commissioner chairwoman.
Valerie and Ken were picked to be county commissioners by Shapiro — Valerie before Shapiro left and Ken as his replacement when he became state attorney general.
They will do what it takes to see that Little Josh will prevail in Montco. Remember, Josh lives in Abington, Montgomery County.
If Josh becomes governor, he will appoint Valerie as Health Secretary. Her medical license listed her as anesthesiologist until December 2020 when it was changed to surgeon.
Valerie Arkoosh has kept up the Covid mandates in Montco long after Wolf backed off and the CDC ended vaccine status discrimination. She is still, at nearly every meeting, insisting that people continue getting vaxxed. Is this foreshadowing what she will recommend for PA when she is the health secretary?
Josh will also take Ken for whatever position in Harrisburg.
Ken’s “work history” consists of sitting on different boards. For a time, he was on the Judicial Conduct Board as vice-chair, but you won’t see that in his bio. He resigned when it was determined that he would become a member of the Montco Board of Commissioners in May 2015. Shapiro thought it best so there would be no appearance of a conflict of interest.

Currently, Ken is on the board of SEPTA. I am sure that fact has been instrumental in helping SEPTA with the new rail line from Philly to Reading. Also, Ken is the treasurer of the committee formed to oversee the progress of the new SEPTA line. No conflict of interest there?
Go to the Montco website to see other boards of which Ken has been a member. I do believe he is/was on the Merck Board, but that is not listed in his bio.
Ken Lawrence, Jr is a rapist. How do I know this? He raped me. This has been written about and made public. Right after I told my story, Shelly R. Smith, the former County Solicitor resigned. Ken’s Administrative Assistant, Shannon, a young woman, quit. A township supervisor in Montco and long-time good friend of Ken’s, cut off all contact and support for his campaign in early 2019. She and I met at her request and she told me about their conversation when she confronted him. She did not know me at all until she met me. She said Ken never denied raping me.
He cannot be trusted to do the moral and legal options when it involves anything to do with the elections.
Yet, there he sits as the Chair of the Board of Elections.
In 2023, the commissioners are up for reelection. If Doug Mastriano wins, will Valerie and Ken run? If they do, we must not let them win.

President Trump Briefed On Pennsylvania Drop Box Concerns — Doug McLinko, Michael Caputo and Sam Faddis met with President Trump in Trump Tower in Manhattan, Sept. 6. The President was briefed on the situation in Pennsylvania and made aware of the legislature’s continued refusal to take action to return Pennsylvania to in person voting.

Who is Toni Shuppe?
That’s the point. Few in Pennsylvania would have known and those that did know she’s anything but scary. She’s a wife and mother whose issue is transparent and trustworthy elections.
That Shapiro would make her into a bugbear is panicky politicking.
Toni and Karen Taylor are the founders of Audit the Vote, and recently appeared in Aston.
Shapiro, in his tweet, said: If Doug Mastriano wins, he could appoint Toni Shuppe as his Secretary of State. Yes, Toni Shuppe — the conspiracy theorist who enabled Trump’s false claims of election fraud in Pennsylvania. We can’t give her the power to control the outcome of our elections. She’s dangerous.

Shapiro deserves a lot of the blame that millions in Pennsylvania, and the nation, think the 2020 election was stolen. Why did he, as attorney general, squash a state audit of voting machines in Fulton County despite the audit being desired by the county after an initial investigation found serious problems?

What can any honest person find so dangerous about those ideas?
Oz Visits Springfield Delco — Fentanyl and the Chinese connection were concerns addressed when Dr. Mehmet Oz brought his Senate campaign to Springfield, Delco.
About 200 packed the Spring Valley Banquet Venue this afternoon (Sept. 8) to hear the Republican nominee and others explain why he should be the one to represent Pennsylvania when Pat Toomey’s term ends in January.
Oz pointed out that desire of John Fetterman, his Democrat opponent, to make it legal won’t end the despair and danger. Oz noted that the nation’s largest fentanyl market is in the Kensington section of Philadelphia. The zombied suffering of those trapped by the drug is evident to anyone who ventures there.
He said the drug is ruining lives and communities throughout the state.
The materials to make the drug are imported from China by Mexican cartels who then ship it across our porous border.
Former UN Ambassador Nikki Haley, who is campaigning with him, reinforced the message. She said China is definitely behind it and has no fear of the Biden administration or Democrats in general.

Oz said the crisis is solvable by securing the border and forcing addicts into rehabilitation, which is the opposite of the Democrats plan of ignoring and enabling.
“They care about caring,” Oz said. “I care about fixing.”
Oz and Mrs. Haley both mentioned how their immigrant parents taught them love for America.
“My father could not believe a country like this existed,” Oz said. Oz who grew up in Delaware just over the border from the Kennett Square mushroom farms, said his father was amazed at the friendliness of Americans.
Mrs. Haley said her parents from India now live with her family. She said her mother is upset at the illegals being allowed to cross the border.
If the illegals allowed by the Biden administration were a city, it would be our seventh largest, she said.
Mrs. Haley noted that one-sixth of Americans can’t pay their utility bills and Americans are paying $6,000 more this year than last in cost of living.
Oz took unscripted questions from the audience, and criticized Fetterman’s ducking debates, albeit appears he has finally consented to one. He said he is confident of winning but the debates are an important part of the election process.
“The greatest disservice in not having debates is to the voters,” he said.
He said he like to ask Fetterman about his plan to free a third of Pennsylvania’s prisoners. He noted Fetterman is denying he wants this but they have documentation.
One woman worried that biased media moderators would throw softballs at him.
“He may get softball questions,” said Oz. “I just want to see him answer any question.”
Also speaking was Dave Galluch, who is seeking to replace Democrat Mary Gay Scanlon as in the 5th Congressional District. Galluch is a Naval Academy graduate who specialized in explosive ordnance disposal who deployed twice to the Mideast.
He noted that Ms. Scanlon spoke approvingly of Joe Biden’s bitter and divisive speech, Sept. 1, in front of Independence Hall, which is not the sort of thing people trying to unite people angry with each other do.
In attendance was Pennsylvania GOP Chairman Lawrence Tabas.
Mrs. Haley encouraged all in attendance to send to all email contacts, text all friends and put on all social media that they are voting for Oz.
Nicole Missino Takes On Incumbent Jen O’Mara In 165th

Nichole Missino is the Republican taking on Democrat incumbent Jennifer O’Mara to represent the 165th District in the Pennsylvania House.
The district has been reconfigured to include Swarthmore that had been part of the 161st District represented by Democrat Leanne Kruger, and Media Borough, which had been part of the 168th District represented by Republican Christopher Quinn.
Mrs. Missino got on the ballot in an uncontested primary write-in campaign. .
Pennsylvania election law allows candidates to win an uncontested campaign if he or she receives a number of write-ins on Primary Election Day equal to the number of signatures required by that party.
This policy would mean that a Republican running for the office of Mayor of Swarthmore would need only 10 signatures.
Maybe I should switch parties and consider a run myself!

Mrs. Missinio is the co-owner of Giovanni’s Barber Shop in Media, which got in the news two years ago when it reopened in defiance of Gov. Tom Wolf’s extremist order for businesses to stay shut down. In hindsight, she was right. She explains her reasoning in this CBS interview from May 2020.
Mrs. Missinio says she recognizes everyone’s humanity and has flown a rainbow flag in front of their barber shop at various times.
Nichole said in regard to pending Pennsylvania Constitutional Amendments that she would would definitely back 2021-2, which would extend the duration of prosecution for those found guilty of child abuse but still needs to review some of the sections of 2022-1. She ays she would definitely support election audits and limits on abortion funding.

The new batch includes Michael Chertoff, who served as US Secretary of Homeland Security under President George W. Bush and co-wrote the Patriot Act; and Mario Civera, who represented Upper Darby in the State House for 20 years, and rather poorly in hindsight.

The latest sin of Doug Mastriano, the guy who won the GOP gubernatorial election in the primary, is that the retired colonel and combat veteran with an interest in history, wore a Confederate uniform in a faculty photo at the U.S. Army Heritage and Education Center in Carlisle.
RINO support for Shapiro was predicted on this site here and here six years ago, and here in 2019.
Chertoff et al does not care about the people who vote Republican. Shapiro does not care about those who vote Democrat.
By the way the latest poll via Rich Barris and Rasmussen Reports has Mastriano and Shapiro knotted at 43 percent. The working class want Mastriano. The I-want-people-to-think-I’m-smart class wants Shapiro.

Here is how to become poll watchers for the General Election on Nov. 8.
You must get officially credentialed through the RNC in order to get your poll watcher certificate that will allow you to visit any polling location within your given county, except for Philadelphia County… Yes, it’s a county and a city at the same time. Philly’s rules are different. Every other county is the same.
Now what? Sign up for the 1 hour training being spearheaded by the RNC. There are virtual Zoom options as well as in person options.
I know what you’re thinking. How can we trust the RNC when they did nothing to combat the fraud in the 2020 election? Great question. I was skeptical, so I took this training myself a couple weeks ago and it really is a great resource for a first step. It provides a comprehensive overview for someone who is coming in clueless and wants to get involved but isn’t sure what it all entails. So again, I recommend it as Step 1. However, we are providing supplements to the RNC training.
Audit The Vote PA is collaborating with other national election integrity groups to provide a 1 hour weekly deep dive training that will go into more specifics on poll watching as well as other topics and action items we need to know in order to attempt to restore transparency in our electoral process.
