Pennsylvania Poll Watchers Sued By County For Questioning Election Results — Leah Hoopes and Gregory Stenstrom are being sued for costs — claimed to be $19,224.56 — relating to their actions against the Delaware County (Pa.) Board of Elections for perceived irregularities stemming from the Nov. 3 election.

Leah and Stenstrom –who were Delaware County Board of Elections certified poll watchers and observers at the counting center — testified at the Nov. 25 hearing in Gettysburg before state senators that the chain of custody for ballots was shattered in Delaware County, and the USB drives containing records from voting machines disappeared.

Leah says when the Board of Elections ignored their concerns, they took the matter, on Dec. 22, to Delaware County Common Pleas Court.

Judge John Capuzzi did not allow them to present evidence or allow discovery to see ballots and envelopes, she says.

On Jan. 11, he dismissed the case with prejudice.

And now, the Democrat-controlled county, in which can only be considered an act of intimidation, is seeking attorney fees, despite the attorneys defending the board being county employees.

OK, there doesn’t seem to be any dispute that USB drives vanished and the chain of custody was violated.

Why aren’t the courts interested in investigating? Why hasn’t there been any resolution to the voter books that were given to unauthorized persons as we reported on Oct. 31?

Capuzzi is a Republican. So what? People are starting to realize that it is not about Democrat vs Republican but a battle between people who want to get rich off of government — i.e. have the people be the servants — and those who know that it is government that should serve the people.

Leah says the Delaware County Republican Party has abandoned them in their battle as has the state party. Leah says the GOP lawyer they had quit and their new one, Deborah Silver, has been threatened with disbarment.

“We are being denied our 1st Amendment rights plain and simple,” said Leah. “Who is protecting us? Where is law enforcement?”

The most horrifying part is his suspicion that China is involved.

Because of the political discourse being constrained by Big Tech and authoritarian measures, within 10 years there will be prison camps in America built next to hospitals for the purpose of organ-harvesting from dissidents. By that time, Xi Jinping will have a button on his desk: one day he will hit it, the US electrical grid will shut down, and over the course of one year the United States will turn into a farm (which China’s 1.6 billion people will appreciate).

Byrne says the Republican Party is useless and recommends donating to DefendingTheRepublic.org which is the brainchild of Sidney Powell and Mike Flynn.

Oh, and Bryne says the hydroxychloroquine panic was orchestrated as part of the psyop and that its use by frontline doctors would have save thousands of lives. Great minds, right?

Byrne says he accepts Biden as president but will only use his title with an asterisk due to the cheating. It’s an excellent idea and we will adopt it.

Trump Winning Election Lawsuits — Here’s a shock for those who get their information from n the highly paid propagandists in the establishment media: Donald Trump is winning his election lawsuits.

The revelation comes from LifesiteNews.com.

A team led by physicist John Droz analyzed the legal actions taken by Trump and his allies and found that they have won 15 of the 21 cases decided on merit (i.e. evidence), and that 25 remain active.

He notes that 34 cases were withdrawn, consolidated with other cases or rejected for lack of standing. In other words, evidence was not presented in thse cases.

Rudy Was Drunk And Confused Says Bryne Regarding Election Fraud Fight –Patrick Bryne, the libertarian founder of Overstock.com who became an integral part of the attempt to stop the historic 2020 Election Steal, has finished Chapter 1 of his history. It answers questions many of us had.

Bryne says the Trump team lead by Rudy Giuliani was mismanaged and confused about data analysis. He says it included opposition spies and saboteurs, and that one, unnamed, high-ranking member was a disruptive incompetent.

He says Rudy drank heavily, did not appear to believe in the cause and merely went through the motions.

Despite that, Bryne says the vote fraud was, and is, demonstrable and that Donald Trump is the legitimate winner of the 2020 election.

Bryne, in Chapter 1, has high praise for Sidney Powell and Gen. Michael Flynn.

Cathy Cox Should Sue Lin Wood — Lin Wood’s latest from Telegram is that Mercer University Law School Dean Cathy Cox is intrinsically linked to Dominion Voting Systems and the vote fraud in Georgia.

“Dean Cathy Cox is corrupt and falsely attacks one of the school’s benefactors who only sought to help the school and its students,” Wood said. “I love Mercer. I used to love Cathy Cox. I have changed my mind about Cathy because she is a liar with a political agenda.”

Ms. Cox was Georgia’s Secretary of State winning elections in 1998 and 2002. Wood cited archived web articles from American Politics Journal in 2004 and Mercury Rising in 2005 alleging wrongdoing by Ms. Cox for her push to get Georgia’s elections on Diebold Election System machines. There was also this one from Free Press in 2006. Most Diebold Election’s assets were acquired by Dominion in 2010.

Wood made a surprise appearance on a Jan. 22 Zoom conference call at Mercer regarding a discussion of removing Wood’s name from a school courthouse.

While Ms. Cox expressed concerns about Wood’s sanity, she noted he was a long-time friend who had satisfactorily represented her on a defamation issue that occurred during her tenure as Secretary of State. We think she appeared sympathetic to him.

We encourage Ms. Cox to sue Wood. What he has said about her is defamatory. If Wood is not crazy and is making false claims, he is a malicious bastard who deserve grief. If he is crazy, shutting him up would be an act of charity.

Of course, if what Wood is saying is true, Ms. Cox should absolutely not sue. She find a nice quiet hill and in the early morning still, commit seppuku on it.

But any political scientist can explain that to steal the national election one does not need “widespread election fraud”:  instead, with deep election fraud in five cities, one can flip the states they are in, thereby flip the electoral college, and thereby steal the election nationally. And what do you, know, those five cites (Atlanta, Philadelphia, Detroit, Milwaukee, and Phoenix) experienced unprecedented “shutting down” of vote counting in the middle of election  night on November 3. Some of those cities saw goons muscling observers away from vote counting centers on various trumped up reasons, while others taped pizza boxes across windows to block observation.In Atlanta’s State Farm Arena in Atlanta, a “water main break” forcing the evacuation of the vote counting area of and in the few hours when the courting was “closed”, hundreds of thousands of votes were pushed through the system, often showing 99.4% and even 100% runs for Biden, thousands of ballots in a row.  (A month later, the Georgia investigators reported that a urinal had simply overflowed. ) In some places, security cameras caught workers in these windows grabbing cases of ballots out of hiding and feeding them into machines while counting was stopped for spurious reasons.

Byrne says many fakes are using his name and that these are the only places that you can reliably know it is him.
