Ever hear of the coqui? If you were in Puerto Rico you would certainly hear it. An expression on the island is Soy de aqui, como el coquí which means “I am here like the coqui.”
Some say the tiny frog is the loudest amphibian in the world. Others say no, it’s the bullfrog.
We’ll stay out of the argument.

Yeah, I’ve heard of it. The Lehigh Valley Iron Pigs will play as Los Coquis on numerous “Hispanic Heritage Nights” this season.
They won’t, however, be playing as “die Eisernen Ferkel” for any German Heritage Nights.
