I call bull on this one. It’s from Wikipedia, for one thing, which is always going to lead us to a certain level of skepticism. For another, that particular portion of the article sounds a little suspicious. The footnotes are out of whack. I think it’s some Wiki-ite having fun with the community.
If the root story gave something more specific about *where* this is alleged to have taken place, such as to say, “The Zulus played a game…” or, “Tribes in the Ivory Coast…” instead of just “Africa”, it might be a little more credible.
