There is a bright side to the ill-considered comments about rape and pregnancy said by Todd Akin, the Republican senate nominee for Missouri this cycle that just about everybody in the GOP now wants out.
He could be the presidential nominee and have said “You better put some ice on that.”
Of course, in that case he would probably be getting Democratic support.
It could be worse. I hear John Edwards is thinking of moving to Missouri. You remember Edwards, He and his good buddy Kerry headed the Democrat ticket in 2004. Ye gawds, that might have been even worse than Obama and Crazy Joe Biden.
Edwards, a typical Democrat class act, said,”This is America where everything is possible.”
Unfortunately, he was right on that one.
