Socialists Defend The Donald

Socialists Defend The Donald — Bob Small sent us a link to The Militant in which the 95-year-old publication that describes itself as “a socialist newsweekly published in the interests of working people” strongly defends President Donald Trump in the name of justice and civil liberty.

“Dealing serious blows to constitutional freedoms, President Joseph Biden is using his Justice Department to escalate the Democrats’ drive to destroy former President Donald Trump,” writes Terry Evans. “For the first time ever, a sitting president — who is also a candidate for president — is using his office to try to indict his main rival for the White House and throw him into jail. The criminalization of  political differences is dangerous for working people. Defending the freedoms protected by the Constitution, and pushing back against the U.S. rulers’ drive to refurbish the FBI, are at the center of the class struggle today.”

It’s nice to know that old school liberals still exist.

Delco GOP Sues County Council Over Election Code Change; Will Their Testicles Drop After All?

Delco GOP Sues County Council Over Election Code Change; Will Their Testicles Drop After All? — The Delaware County (Pa) Republican Party is suing Democrat-controlled County Council over changes made to the Election Code, Jan. 18.

The lawsuit was announced May 21.

The new law allows the board to reject all members on a list of three names submitted by the Republicans for the seat and restart the process. Previously, they had to accept one of the names.

State law requires all counties except Philadelphia to have an election board with a minority member and that the minority member must come from a list submitted by the county chairman of the minority party.

The county law passed by the Democrats lets them reject names unceasingly until they get one that meets with their approval.

Good for the GOP for finally standing up even if it’s just for a little.

Now, how about giving Rob Mancini a hand with his right-to-know case? The Delco Republicans haven’t even made a public statement or issued a press release in support. You’d think it would be good politics to simply ask why the Democrats are fighting so hard to keep the people from seeing correspondence with Fort Orange Press of Albany, N.Y., which prints the county’s election ballots.

Frankly, it would be good politics to ask why Delco’s ballots are not being printed in Delaware County, much less out of state.

The GOP can also start asking why the Democrats are fighting so hard to hide ballot envelope signatures.

Again, it is good and necessary politics to call out strange and suspicious behavior by governments to whom you are the opposition.

All we’ve heard from the Republicans on these matters are crickets.

Also kudos to Bob Small for submitting a tip.

Dems Unanimously Tried To Keep Whistleblower Testimony Secret

Dems Unanimously Tried To Keep Whistleblower Testimony Secret — Sean Davis of The Federalist pointed out that every Democrat on the House Ways and Means Committee voted, yesterday, June 22, to keep secret the IRS whistleblower testimony the federal law enforcement establishment — including those who run his agency — abandoned standard procedures to stifle investigations into Hunter Biden before the 2020 election.

The whistleblower further revealed that agents who pushed for the investigation to move forward properly were retaliated against.

Charlie Kirk summed it up in detail with this tweet.

Two months before the 2020 election, on Sept 4, 2020, the DOJ ordered a “cease and desist” on any overt investigation of Hunter Biden or Biden family influence peddling

The DOJ tipped off Hunter Biden about a search of his storage unit allowing him to clear it before they arrived

The DOJ blocked executing a search warrant of Joe Biden’s guest house The DOJ repeatedly blocked more serious charges being brought against Hunter and slow walked the investigation over 5 years The FBI hid the form 1023, alleged foreign bribery document, from the IRS case attorneys overseeing the case

Whistleblowers have text messages directly linking then VP Joe Biden to Hunter’s Chinese business dealings — when Joe has previously denied any knowledge of Hunter’s business.

Those text messages show Hunter threatening to use his father for retaliation if his Chinese partners don’t do what he wants: “You will regret not following my direction. I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father.”

Oh, and Hunter Biden even expensed his prostitutes on his taxes.

The Democrat Party, which once upheld the rule of law despite political disputes, has become something vile.

It shamelessly rejects every American value and is solely motivated by a desire for greater institutional wealth and power.

They are seriously trying to imprison their opposition leader, a former president, for life over technicalities concerning a record keeping dispute.

Here is a roll call of the June 22 vote.

Octorara Plantiff Getting Hate Mail, Threats

Octorara Plantiff Getting Hate Mail — A Kimberton man who is suing more than dozen persons including eight of the nine Octorara school director, Octorara Superintendent Michele Orner, and Chester County District Attorney Debra Ryan is receiving threatening letters and other hate mail.

John Ryan Miller was arrested at the Sept. 19, 2022 school board meeting in the Chester County, Pa. district. He had gone there to serve a summons regarding the federal lawsuit he filed Aug. 18 alleging violations of the 1983 Civil Rights act.

The Act makes it a crime for someone acting under the color of law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States.

Miller had spoken at a January meeting on behalf of parents concerned about the trauma Covid restrictions were afflicting on their children. He objected to the request made by the board that he make public personal information such as name and municipality under board policy

He was allowed to speak after giving his town but put the board on notice that he wouldn’t do that again.

Things did not get resolved and Miller filed his suit.

He said that before the September meeting he had been warned in a letter by Ms. Orner not to attend.

Miller noted that as the letter had no force of law he was in his rights to attend and so he went.

And he was arrested for trespassing.

The arresting officers simply told him that the school superintendent didn’t want him on the property and presented him a letter.

Judge Karen S. Marston ruled on May 4, 2023 that the defendants were acting as private persons and did not have qualified immunity. Without qualified immunity, public officials could be personally responsible for all legal costs and fines.

It was about this point the letters started coming.

Miller says they are being sent to his family, a witness who is a law enforcement officer and his neighbors. He said the leaders contained threats and ridiculous slander including the claim that he was a kidnapper holding people for ransom.

The witness is East Whiteland police officer Anthony Falgiatore of Frazier, who expressed sympathy for Miller. Falgiatore is the lone school director not being sued.

Falgiatore had called on his fellow school board members to stop using taxpayer money to pay their legal expenses after the judge’s ruling.

Falgiatore quotes one letter he received as saying 100 a week will be mailed to his neighbors unless you and Tony admit lawsuit was a set-up and repay the School District at once! Let us know on FB by 11:59 PM, Friday, May 19th, 2023. Thank you Missy!! You still look amazing by the way,

Falgiatore says a similar letter was sent to the East Whiteland Police Department but with the added text: Tony – same offer that your wife and the JERKOFF received.

He noted that there was a social media campaign being spread agains he and his wife alleging that they set up the lawsuit trap the district.

“This couldn’t be further from the truth,” he said.

Falgiatore said that his chief boss got a phone call from the Pennsylvania State Police local barracks that handled the arrest, advising him that they were concerned about my testimony.

Miller said he is adding four state troopers and two district magistrates to his lawsuit.
