Derek Chauvin Is Innocent — Former Minneapolis cop Derek Chauvin did not kill George Floyd on May 25, 2020 according to Tucker Carlson’s latest (Oct. 20) X-cast.
The evidence Tucker and Vince Everett Ellison present is conclusive.
Chauvin is an innocent man serving a 22-year sentence.
He needs to be freed.

Tucker makes a minor mistake in claiming Chauvin has a 40 year sentence. He has a 22.5-year state sentence for murder and a 21-year federal sentence for civil rights violations but they are running concurrently.
Bill Lawrence, what, may I ask, is wrong with you? Being innocent of a crime is no basis to free Chavin or anyone else, including the J6ers who have gotten exorbitant sentences and those who haven’t even been tried but have been held going on three years now in deplorable conditions without bail. In the USSA, there is an old document from the former USA they call the “Constitution.” The totalitarian government of the USSA and its enforcement branch, the DOI (Department of Injustice, formerly the DOJ, “Department of Justice”), pay lip service to the old US Constitution, but that’s it. If they want you in prison, they’ll put you in prison, convicted or not…but getting a conviction is never a problem. As one of the wise men behind the USSA and all totalitarian governments once said, “Show me the man and I’ll show you the crime” (credited to Lavrentiy Beria who served as USSR deputy premier from 1941 until Stalin’s death in 1953, supervising the expansion of the gulags and other secret detention facilities for political prisoners). So stop being so picayune about things like God given rights and move on before you get arrested for felonious journalism.
The definition of “felonious journalism” is “publication of or broadcasting the truth when those in power don’t like it.”
This is something that exonerates Chauvin and clearly shows the trial was a lie. You have to apply pressure to the back of the neck to choke someone because the cervical spine (neck) bones prevent the trachea from being crushed. You have to apply pressure to the front of the neck to asphyxiate. The video clearly shows no pressure was applied to George’s trachea in front. It was allegedly 90lbs pressure on the neck and left no marks. There were marks elsewhere from the autopsy and 90 lbs on the neck will break the neck easily. Look at a computer animation of George on the ground and you will clearly see no choke. Derek was railroaded and framed by mob justice. This was clearly malicious prosecution and Keith Ellison should go to jail.
