Delco Poll Watcher Sign Up Info

Delco Poll Watcher Sign Up Info From Joy Schwartz

This email is to help you to obtain a poll watcher certificate and additional highly recommended poll watcher training, provided by the dynamic election training duo, Karen Fritz and Karen Elliot, of DelCo Conservatives. Along with Chris Fabre, they will assist you in getting poll watcher certificates and observer approvals. Poll watchers watch the election in the precincts and need a certificate. They can watch at any precinct in Delaware county. In order for a poll watcher to be able to observe at the Wharf Central Counting Center, that person also needs to be designated and approved as a observer. Karen F and Karen E will be offering more poll watcher/observer classes prior to the election. As soon as possible, I will send out another email with times and locations for those meetings. This process is a bit confusing but they will guide you through it.  Karen Elliott and Chris Fabre will be getting certificates (for poll watchers) and approvals (for observers) for people if they sign up here as soon as possible:

https://www.delcoconservatives.com/contact-copy

1. Poll watcher – Under “choose an option ” click “Poll watcher”.  If you do not need observer approval, write that in the comments as Karen Elliot usually gets both for each person.  Sign up here only if you are NOT getting a poll watcher certificate elsewhere.  Attached is a list of poll watching places that were unreconcilable in the May 2022 primary, these are critical to staff with poll watchers. If you are willing to work at any of them, let Karen E or Karen F know, or notify the agency that is getting your certificate so they can assign you to a candidate that is running in that area.

2. Observer – Under “choose an option” click “observer”.  If you are already getting your poll watcher certificate elsewhere, write in the comments- “observer only- poll watcher certificate applied for elsewhere” so there aren’t duplicates.  Please note that as an observer you don’t get a physical certificate, just your name on a list, so Karen E or Chris F will notify you when it’s ready.  Karen Fritz will be scheduling the observers, so she will contact everyone that signs up on this site to schedule shifts.

By the way, the DelCo Board of Elections will not release the certificates or approval lists until Nov. 2.  If you signed up, you should be hearing from Karen E, Karen F, or Chris F soon after that, but before Election Day. For both poll watchers and observers, only one volunteer / candidate can be present at a time.  This year votes will be counted around the clock at the Wharf Vote Counting Center, so there will be a lot of shifts available.

Poll Watcher Passion In Delco

Poll Watcher Passion In Delco — Gregory Stenstrom and Leah Hoopes, whistleblowers and authors of The Parallel Election, held a poll watchers training session, last night, Oct. 20 at the Haverford Recreation CREC building attended by almost 50.

Greg, of Glen Mills, and Leah, of Bethel Township were certified poll watchers and observers at the Delaware County (Pa) Wharf Counting Center in 2020. Their book is an expose of what they saw. It can be purchased on Amazon or, best, at www.parallelelection.com.

Passion was high as the event lasted more than three hours. Nobody left and several stayed for questions after it ended. No fee was charged. It was pure patriotism by the presenters and the attendees, most of whom appeared to have come from Delco, albeit one woman was from Bucks County.

Leah Hoopes showing provable 2020 vote fraud

Emphasis was placed on the legal powers and rights of poll watchers — yes, Christine Reuther, poll watchers have them, see below — and detail was given as how to exercise these powers and rights.

Poll watchers may take photos of return sheets after voting has ended and demand a copy of the machine tape. It was stressed that they do so.

The presenters said poll watchers can expect bullying by party officials but this can be countered by knowledge of the law. It was recommended they have copies of the appropriate laws and rulings with them.

Poll watchers are representatives of candidates or parties. The attendees were told they must make the candidates understand they have to act early and quickly to address concerns.

One big concern is that Delco sent out 42,000 vote-by-mail ballots on Oct. 7 and 8, but the logic and accuracy testing of the scanning machines was not done until Oct. 11. Greg says this was not an innocent mistake. The county’s goal is to have the ballots fail while being scanned allowing them to be curated and replaced with votes for the chosen.

Candidates who feel they don’t fall in that category should start filing injunctions now.

Special thanks to Joy Schwartz for the work she did in promoting and organizing things.

Fracking Motivates Green Gubernatorial Candidate In Pa

Fracking Motivates Green Gubernatorial Candidate In Pa

By Bob Small

It’s crystal clear what movitivates Upper Uwchlan resident Christine “PK” Digiulio candidacy for Pennsylvania governor.

It’s the Mariner East Pipeline. The Green Party nominee says she wants the  waters around her to remain pure.

She is the co-founder of Watchdogs of Southeastern Pennsylvania (WASEPA) and the Better Path Coalition

She notes that the Pennsylvania Constitution states The people have a right to clean air, pure water, and to the preservation of the natural, scenic, historic and esthetic values of the environment Article 1, Section 27

Ms. Digiulio, aka PK Ditty, was an analytical chemist for the US Department of Defense. She is a graduate of Lock Haven University.

She said that Energy Transfer Partners, the owner of Sunoco Logistics Partners which is building Mariner East, has paid more than $20 Million in fines and penalties related to pipeline construction that began in 2017.

She calls this the “pay to pollute” regulations of corporations.

Councilwoman Reuther Sneers At Citizen Election Concerns In Delco

Councilwoman Reuther Sneers At Citizen Election Concerns In Delco — Delaware County Council (Pa) heard numerous citizens, last night, Oct. 19, express concerns about election integrity and sneeringly dismissed them.

Delco has achieved nationwide notoriety due its performance in the 2020 election and is the subject of a book having a nationwide impact.

Robert Mancini of Media introduced documents showing that Pennsylvania’s Democrat-controlled government plans to ignore a Supreme Court ruling that ballots must be dated; and that Delaware County has a significant risk of voter fraud.

Mancini asked if Council will follow state directives to count undated mail-in ballots or accept the Supreme Court decision.

Chris Fabre (phonetic spelling) of Upper Darby expressed concern about chain of custody procedures and said he was told by the Board of Elections that chain of custody ends at the Wharf counting house in Chester.

“I don’t think it’s unreasonable to ask what happens once the ballots and v-drives go to the Wharf,” he said.

He also asked about what he called the “infamous back room”.

“Apparently that’s only about putting official results up to the web,” he said. “Fine, but the excuse that was given that there was no camera in room was that they didn’t want the cameras to see the passwords on the computers . . . To me that’s kind of bizarre. Encrypt the passwords, put the computer on the main floor, people would be a little more gratified with that.”

Joy Schwartz of Drexel Hill brought up the $2.2 million one-time election-integrity grant the county received from the state. She described it as a windfall since money had already been budgeted for the election. She said that last summer citizens requested that money be used to secure the 40 or so ballot dropboxes in Delco. She noted that the county told citizens that video of dropboxes from previous elections were unavailable since they weren’t preserved.

She noted the Oct. 18 ruling in which a judge ordered Chester County to monitor its dropboxes. She said the judge blistered Chesco’s Board of Elections for waiting for litigation rather than following the state directives.

She pointed out that Chesco has but 13 dropboxes compared to Delco’s 40.

She said that some of Delco’s boxes don’t appear to have cameras and asked to be corrected if she was mistaken.

Further, she noted the cameras in place are solar powered which make night energy outages possible if not probable. This is the fall after all.

She said she was also told that there was only one Park Police officer that monitors all 40 of the cameras.

“I wonder if that officer ever goes to sleep, because certainly the mules don’t,” she said. “I hope that Delco will not wait for litigation and waste taxpayers money before securing its dropboxes and I hope that Delco will use some of that $2.2 million grant, that windfall, to contract with a company today to place reliable cameras with livestream, zoomed-in close-up video on the 40 dropboxes to preserve that footage in digital format and to make it available to the public.”

Carris Kocher of Glen Mills brought up the recent arrest of Konnech CEO Eugene Yu in regard to Konnech allowing China to have access to U.S. voting systems.

She also expressed concern about reports that vDrives are being mishandled at the Wharf.

Others spoke as well including some defending the county. The entire meeting can be watched here with the public comments starting at 24:32. Or just click Public Comment in the index.

Christine A. Reuther answered the citizens during council remarks accusing them of making “unsubstantiated allegations of election fraud.” She said there was no rational reason for there to be a chain of custody once the vDrive gets back to the county. She warned citizens not to try to interfere with the election.

Hey Christine, it’s a two-way street. Poll watchers have legally authorized access to ballot processes and this has been upheld by the state Supreme Court.

Councilman Kenneth Madden expressed dismay that two-thirds of the meeting addressed “debunked” vote fraud allegations which makes one think he wasn’t paying attention. He wondered why the people couldn’t talk about all the peachy keen things the county was doing.

Delco Council, here’s a thought: Why not just say you’re going to follow the Supreme Court ruling and use some of that $2.2 million to secure the dropboxes?

Assuming you want to ease doubt, instill confidence and foster unity, that is.

Regardless, expressing concerns and offering solutions are not making allegations.

Other Side Of Abortion Debate

Other Side Of Abortion Debate — With the Democrat candidates rather dishonestly — actually extremely dishonestly — attacking Doug Mastriano and Mehmet Oz for their abortion positions, Chester County attorney Carmela Ciliberti has made a video detailing what it is the Democrats want.

It is 58 seconds long and entitled “Cruelty in Pennsylvania” and can be found on Rumble at https://rumble.com/v1oncei-cruelty-in-pennsylvania.html or on Carmela’s website

Warning it is graphic.

It is, however, honest.

Mastriano is running to be Pennsylvania’s governor while Oz is seeking the U.S. Senate seat.

Their opponents are respectively Josh Shapiro and John Fetterman.

Chesco To Monitor Dropboxes; AFL Wins Suit

Chesco To Monitor Dropboxes; AFL Wins Suit — America First Legal has gotten a victorious settlement in a lawsuit against the Chester County, Pa. Board of Elections, Election Wizard tweeted this evening, Oct. 18. The agreement includes a requirement that all dropboxes to be staffed and have surveillance camera monitoring. Also ballots delivered by third parties, without authorization will be segregated and a criminal referral may be made to the district attorney.

The suit was filed Sept. 15. Sounds like they got everything they wanted.

Republican Squires Want Democrat Congresswoman

Republican Squires Want Democrat Congresswoman — Not a dime’s worth of difference. Say it once then say it twice, the establishment is fighting for its bowl of rice.

And party labels are meaningless as the eternally tax-filled rice bowl is happily shared by the squire set.

Three former Chester County GOP chairman — Alan Novak, Joseph “Skip” Brion and William Lamb — have endorsed Democrat incumbent Congresswoman Chrissy Houlahan in her 6th District race against Guy Ciarrocchi.

The district includes almost all of Pennsylvania’s Chester County and a part of Berks County.

The endorsement comes despite Chrissy calling Republicans “diseased” and voting 100 percent with Nancy Pelosi.

“I get that she votes with her leadership when she has to,” said Novak but he explained that she votes with Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick (R-1), too.

For the math challenged, this means that Fitzpatrick, who is part of the establishment, votes with Pelosi at times.

Linda Stein has an excellent story on the matter for the Delaware Valley Journal.

If you want change vote for those the establishment oppose.

Hoeppner Socialist And Only Challenger To Dwight Evens

Hoeppner Socialist And Only Challenger To Dwight Evens

By Bob Small

The Socialist Workers Party (SWP) is one of at least 20 communist/socialist parties listed in Politics1.com

Why so many? The factions run candidates as a way to get their message out.

The separations started in 1938 when CPUSA (Communist Party of the USA) expelled all Trotskyites, under orders from Joseph Stalin. who was then halfway through his dictatorship.  Stalin allegedly ordered the assassination of Trotsky less than two years later.

The three Communist/ Socialist Parties had received over one million votes in the 1932 election, a high water mark for the Left in this country, with James Hudson Mauer of Pennsylvania being the running mate of Norman Thomas.

Chris Hoeppner is the only surviving member of four SWP members originally on the Pennsylvania ballot, a story that the Constitution, Green and Libertarian Parties are all too familiar with and requires a separate post.

He is the only opposition to incumbent Democrat Dwight Evans in the Pennsylvania’s 3rd Congressional District as the Republicans neglected to put up a candidate.  The district includes  most of center city Philadelphia, along with parts of North and West Philly.  It is the most Democratic congressional district in the nation.  In 2020 it gave Joe Biden 91 percent of the vote.

Hoeppner is a freight rail conductor and a member of the Sheet Metal, Air, Rail and Transportation union (SMART). He lives in South Philly.

Chris was quoted in a September Article of the Militant, the offical newspaper of the SWP regarding the looming railroad strike strike.

“Railworkers need to get our voices heard. The big-business media is only going to tell the companies side of the story,” he said . “The problems we face, particularly the challenges of having a life outside of work, of spending time with our families, is widespread in the working class”.

Kathy Barnette Endorses Oz

Kathy Barnette Endorses Oz — Kathy Barnette who narrowly lost to Mehmet Oz in the May 17 Pennsylvania Republican Senate Primary has endorsed him.

It’s not an enthusiastic endorsement but it’s still an endorsement.

“I will be walking in and voting Republican all the way down because, God knows, Fetterman is a hot mess,” she said on a TimCast with Tim Pool.

Good for her and we couldn’t agree more.

The election is Nov. 8.

Doug Mastriano And Abortion

Doug Mastriano And Abortion — We have heard from two conservative, pro life women who believe the ads painting Pennsylvania Republican gubernatorial candidate Doug Mastriano as a fanatic who thinks there should be no exceptions to abortion.

If Mastriano released an ad featuring himself giving a sincere explanation of his position in a way he has done in various interviews such as this one with Sean Hannity (11:10 mark) if might very well win him the election.

Doug Mastriano And Abortion
Not the fanatic

He can point out his sincere belief that life starts at conception, which is what science shows; explain that as governor he can neither write laws nor address the matter with an executive order; and that as senator he sponsored a “heartbeat bill”, SB 378 , that allowed for morning-after pills and other early interventions for rape victims prior to a detectable heartbeat, and abortions for ectopic and other life-threatening pregnancies in which there is no fetal heartbeat.

We suspect more exceptions would be included in any post-Dodd law, and Mastriano has indicated he would sign abortion bills based on fetal pain, which is believed to occur at 15 weeks of pregnancy or about nine weeks after the detection of a heartbeat.

His Democrat opponent Josh Shapiro supports abortion up to delivery without restriction.

Shapiro is the fanatic in the race and that might explain why that he, an attorney, is afraid to debate Mastriano, a retired Army colonel.
