The Pennsylvania Leadership Conference (PLC) starts in hour and scheduled to speak at 3:55 p.m. is Grover Norquist of Americans for Tax Reform. Norquist topic is “Phasing out the Income Tax”.
Al-Amoudi, described as a Muslim Brotherhood operative and financier for Al Qaeda, is currently serving a 23 year federal prison term for supporting terrorism.
Norquist’s sister Lorraine is married to Majed Tomeh, founder of the Islamic Institute.
Talk show host Glenn Beck, who has been critical of Norquist’s Islamic ties, invited him on his show about three weeks ago. To his credit Norquist appeared. To his dismay, it didn’t help him. A simmering controversy regarding the National Rifle Association, ended with his stepping down as a board member of the institution yesterday, April 15.
Some conservative groups are seeking to stop him from speaking at the PLC.
Hillary Clinton’s top aide is Huma Abedin, whose mother and brother have strong connections to the Muslim Brotherhood. While Mrs. Clinton was Secretary of State, the United States supported the Muslim Brotherhood’s assumption of power — since lost — in Egypt, and downplayed its connections to the Sept. 11, 2012 attack on our Benghazi Consulate. It also supported policies that led to a breakdown in Iraq and refused to help democracy supporters in Iran.
We don’t need a Republican to have a similar effect. Norquist must become outspoken in opposition to Islamism or we must become outspoken in opposition to Norquist.
We don’t think Norquist will become outspoken regarding Islamism.
It just keeps piling on for our President. First, a former commander of the Pacific Fleet has, for all intents, called him an Islamic mole and now it has been revealed that a major Egyptian newspaper has reported that he is a member of the Muslim Brotherhood.
For those unaware, the Brotherhood is a movement whose slogan is Allah is our objective; the Qur’an is the Constitution; the Prophet is our leader; jihad is our way; death for the sake of Allah is our wish.
It took power in Egypt in 2012 with strong support from Obama before being overthrown in a popular revolution the next year.
Whether Obama is an Islamic mole or member of the Muslim Brotherhood, it can’t be denied that he is an incompetent. Ironically, this would be a good thing if he should actually be an Islamic mole. Still, let’s end our nation’s misery. Impeach him now. Biden 2015.
Adams introduced his work saying he was motivated by an exhibition he saw in Paris concerning the legendary Islamic queen Scheherazade. If you don’t know the story, it concerns an Islamic Persian king who upon marrying a new wife would behead the old one. He had gone through a thousand women by the time he got to Scheherazade.
Scheherazade, of course, had a plan. Before her beheading, she asked to bid farewell to her sister. The king consented and during her farewell she told the sister a story which the king overheard. She stopped in the middle as dawn was breaking and the king asked her to continue. She said should couldn’t as it was time for her beheading. The king postponed the execution for a day so she could finish it for him. She did the next night but started another which again stopped in the middle before dawn. So the king again postponed things and this went on for 1,001 nights and become the inspiration for Bugs Bunny cartoons and Walt Disney movies.
Anyway by the time the stories were finished, the king had fallen in love with Scheherazade and she lived happily ever after with a serial killer.
Adams said that after seeing the exhibit he read One Thousand and One Arabian Nights and was appalled by “casual brutality toward women” it depicted. During this time, he also began reading of the treatment of women in various third-world Islamic-influenced places such as Egypt and Afghanistan.
So he explained this to his audience at his work’s premier, and then for some bizarre reason felt obliged to add regarding the oppression of women: “find it on Rush Limbaugh.”
This sanctimonious twit compared Rush Limbaugh to people who kill girls because they had been raped and women because they had affairs.
There is nothing wrong with disagreeing with Limbaugh. There is nothing wrong with calling Rush a blowhard. But bearing false witness is a big wrong and that’s what Adams did.
We seriously doubt that the has every listened to Limbaugh live and in any sort of context but is merely parroting the conventional wisdom of the his insular crowd.
What’s even sicker is the reaction of his crowd which gave a long round of applause to the slander.
In 2009, Limbaugh was part of a group that was attempting to buy the St. Louis Rams football team. The old media reported that he said on his radio show that James Earl Ray deserved a medal for the murder of Martin Luther King Jr. and that slavery was beneficial. The quotes were fabricated but still placed in his Wikipedia biography as fact. Those who know of the scrutiny Limbaugh faces for every word he utters — which one would reasonably think is everyone in professional journalism — would reject the quotes out of hand. Yet they were reported as true and hence ended his chance at becoming a team owner.
All decent people have a responsibility to defend those being slandered not just if but especially if they disagree with them. Further, all intelligent people should be suspicious of those who use slander to further a political cause.
What Adams and his crowd did was shameful.
For what it’s worth, Wiki, in the latest editing of Rush’s bio, does not even mention the Rams incident.

Retired Admiral James Lyons, who commanded the U.S. Pacific Fleet from 1985-1987 came pretty close to calling President Obama an Islamic mole in a talk before the Center for Security Policy on Feb. 11.
“The Obama Administration has a strategy,” he said. “It’s very simple. Any thinking American should be able to grasp it. It’s anti-American, anti-Western, it’s pro Islamic, it’s pro Iranian, and pro Muslim Brotherhood.”
We kind of agree. Biden 2015.
Obama must be impeached.
FWIW, Hillary isn’t any better. The father of her deputy chief of staff, Huma Abedin was the late Dr. Syed Zainul Abedin who worked for terrorism financier Abdullah Omar Naseef. Her mother, Saleha, is a leader in the Muslim Sisterhood, which is the ladies auxiliary for the Muslim Brotherhood.

Today’s front page of The Philadelphia Inquirer featured a rousing, inspiring article concerning the response by the French to the Jan. 7 terrorist attacks which included the murders of 12 staff members at the satirical magazineCharlie Hebdo.
It triumphantly noted that 5 million copies of the first post-attack edition of the magazine — again with an image of Mohammed on the front page — quickly sold out as throngs lined up pre-dawn at newsstands to buy one.
The rousing, inspiring article was missing just one thing. This:
Yes, the actual image, which is the only honest way of expressing solidarity with the unbowed.
We have to grade the Inky’s attempt at journalistic courage a failure. Still, we give them a half-point (well, quarter-pointer, OK tenth of a point) for trying.
The Inquirer also carried an interesting article concerning Pope Francis’ take on the controversy which is that speech should be free but used wisely i.e. don’t look for stupid fights, respect the religious views of others etc. and we agree completely.
As we had not heard of Charlie Hebdo until last week, and do not speak French hence cannot fairly put in context images we have seen on the web, we can’t speak to what it had published in the past.
We can, however, say that this week’s cover showing a tearful Mohammed expressing remorse at what was done in his name with the victims saying “All is forgiven” is the epitome of the wise use of free speech.
Shame the Inquirer didn’t have the guts to show its readers.
Credit goes to where it belongs. Above is the cover of the next edition of Charlie Hebdo, the satirical French magazine where 12 staffers — including some of the nation’s most famous cartoonists — were gunned down by Muslim fanatics on Jan. 7.
It’s an image of Mohammed, crying, while holding a Je Suis Charlie sign. The headline translates to “All is Forgiven”.
That’s about as gutsy and classy as one can get in publishing.
Will the Philadelphia Inquirer run the cover? The Delaware County Daily Times? Will it appear unpixelated on the local news?
Will President Obama condemn it as inflammatory and seek to arrest those responsible for it?
Gunmen shouting “Allahu akbar” attacked the French satirical weeklyCharlie Hebdo killing at least 12 — including two police officers — and wounding four.
The Islamic attackers used a Kalashnikov — that’s a real assault rife — and a rocket launcher.
So much for gun control.
The attack occurred 11:30 this morning, Jan. 7, Central European Time which is about five hours ago.
Charlie Hebdo drew the ire of Islam when it re-printed in 2006 these Jyllands-Posten cartoon depictions of Mohammed.
It doubled down in September 2012 when it published cartoons of a naked Mohammed in response to protests over the low-budget film “Innocence of Muslims”.
Last week, it featured French author Michel Houellebecq whose latest book “Submission” imagines a France in the near future ruled by an Islamic government.
Can such an attack happen here, say at Comedy Central?
Well, our hipsters — unlike, we love the irony, the French — aren’t known for their courage. The objects of their mocking are specifically picked for objecting to violence hence their avoidance of all things Islamic
However, bullies sense weakness and it doesn’t take much of an excuse for them to resort to inflicting pain so cravenness in the end provides no protection.
Our suggestions are firstly to stop mocking things held sacred. The Jyllands-Posten cartoons were not mocking Islam. They were standing up to bullies and standing up for a value system. Mocking would be making an image of Mohammed out of dung or dropping one in a jar of urine. Doing such does not make one a hero but merely a jerk. One can tell the truth or dispute another without resorting to mocking.
Secondly, understand that there are those who feel they are ordained to rule and have no compunction about forcing you to do their bidding. They must be fought. This means the First Amendment needs the Second. A rocket launcher is not a great means of self defense but if some of the staff at Charlie Hebdo were packing pistols, the death toll would be a lot less and the perpetrators would not be now likely planning their next attack.
And by now it should be apparent that government gun control does not work.
Thirdly, for my Muslim readers “Allahu akbar” means God is greatest. Yes, God is greatest. He doesn’t need some loser wannabe defending Him.
Charlie Hedbo Attack Shows Why First Amendment Needs Second Amendent
Reuters reports that the residents of Beni in the Congo captured a member of the Muslim terrorist group ADF-NAUL that has been tormenting their community.
They killed him.
They cooked him.
Then they ate him.
“There is no question of negotiation with the terrorists,” said Congo President Joseph Kabila.
And the poor babies at Gitmo think they have it bad.
