Lawrence Tabas GOP Zoom Call

Lawrence Tabas GOP Zoom Call — We have been told that Pennsylvania GOP Chairman Lawrence Tabas has scheduled a Zoom call with all 67 county chairs to address concerns raised by Berks County attorney Joshua Prince regarding attempts by old guards in county parties to purge new activists from committee posts and other positions of influence.

Prince, who was a Commonwealth Court candidate in the May 16 primary, wrote about the issues in a series of blog posts starting with this one.

Most of the issues could have been handled with a phone call from the county chair to the subject in question. If that couldn’t fix it, simply looking the other way would be the smart play if the subject, a volunteer, was an effective worker.

A party that wins has its committee seats filled. A lot in Pennsylvania aren’t. It’s stupid to empty the ones where something is getting done.

If one really wants to win, that is.

Hopefully, Tabas also takes up the lawfare being waged against attorney Thomas J. Carroll of Pottstown. Carroll represented Fulton County, Pa. in its attempt to audit its own voting machines after the 2020 election.

Pennsylvania’s partisan Supreme Court sanctioned Fulton County and Carroll for this attempt to promote transparency and trust to a public that is growing ever more skeptical about the integrity of our elections.

The court is considering disbarring Carroll.

If one cares about freedom and a fair judiciary, one better start speaking up now, especially if one is a lawyer or judge.

  1. The only thing worse than no justice at all, is the sheer injustice wrought by the Courts who are sworn to defend our rights and protect individuals, not just the ruling class and their cronies. Justice sold to the highest bidder with Evil cloaked in hypocritical virtue-signaling….

  2. In the American system of elections, power flows FROM voters UP to the elected, first elected from a voter’s political party to refine all comers into a slate of candidates. An arrogant, corrupt few hijacked the system and are now doing so even within political parties, and on a much lower level. STRIKE ONE. Reading about R Party machinations already underway to decide the slate of candidates before the national R convention, it’s no wonder voters are increasingly cynical (gee, for the days of old when the excitement used to be watching actual CAUCUS among state delegations, repeated votes until a majority of DELEGATES determined a winner–imperfect, I’m sure, but more of a process of refinement via concensus among the elected than selection by an elite few prior to convention, Republican and Democratic Party alike). Is STRIKE TWO the resultant corrupt incompetent sitting in a certain house in DC? Human nature: Nothing was, is or ever will be perfect among us, but can’t mature adults step up, recognize that acceptable imperfection (while always working toward better) far surpasses cynical acceptance of power we have given to those with money, connections, etc (special interests, big donors, clever attorneys devising ways to skirt laws standing for the power in an honest vote…). Committee person UP to area chair to county chair to Mr. Tabas himself, your role is to lead via transparency and exchange of information and to reflect the will of a majority of those who voted for you. FROM THE BOTTOM UP, committee people to area chairs, etc. must hold the power and remain free of any corrupting incentivization to do otherwise. If you can’t and don’t clean up your act and stop “in-house” attempts to purge the elected or to allow an elite, non-elected few to usurp the role of elected committee people in determining candidates, etc., you are/may have already become inconsequential to a nation starving for better leadership. Isn’t it time to actually HEAR Larry Tabas himself, telling us (R Party workers and voters alike) WHY the Republican Party deserves our trust?

  3. The Aston Township RINO GOP told me in no uncertain terms that “vetting candidates is NOT our job.”

In this instance the crap really does flows uphill, believe me.

Vote every single one of these RINOs out of their committee seats next year.
