Lindell Kimmel Appearance April 28 — “All we need is to look at the machines. If there’s nothing to hide, why won’t they let the American people look at them.”
That is the takeaway from last night’s (April 28) interview of Mike Lindell by Jimmy Kimmel on ABC.
That, and that the election involved an attack by China.
Betcha it was Kimmel’s highest rated show in years. Did it beat the Oscars? Probably not. Most likely didn’t know Mike wouldn’t have been on, and most of those that did have lost the habit of late night talk.
Kimmel was dismissive, and even rather rude, but we give him kudos nonetheless. He had Mike on and Mike was able to get his important points across.
In fairness to Kimmel, he seems to sincerely trust the government and believes it was impossible for the election to have been stolen. Most probably fall into this category.
For those of you skeptics consider this: In the hotly contested Y2k election, a third-party consortium of major newspapers did their own audit of the Florida vote. There was no controversy. They weren’t prevented from doing so.
So why the fuss about investigating the Dominion — and other — machines?

Pennsylvania Audit Push Continues Despite Spineless Legislators — Leah Hoopes tells us that the Audit The Vote PA press conference in Harrisburg, Wednesday, went well despite the cold, and the responses from the solons who write our laws.
“We had a legislator come out of the Capitol threw his hands up in the air and goes ‘you have got to be kidding me’ and then gave us the finger,” she said.
She said they submitted the 15,000 signatures that had been requested to support of an audit. They presented it to the legislators “that said they care”, only to be told the needed tally was now 100,000 names.
“Most corrupt and spineless people in that Capitol,” she said. “Laws don’t need reform, Harrisburg does.”
She was still upbeat though and said “much will be exposed.”
Leah and Gregory Stenstrom are the Delaware County poll watchers being sued for legal costs by the county after presenting concerns about election irregularities in Common Pleas Court.
In a related matter, the Maricopa County, AZ audit is being live streamed here. The audit was bizarrely fought by the powers that be — Republican and Democrat. If there is nothing to hide, just get it done and unify the nation. After the contested 2000 Election, a consortium of media outlets had no problem accessing the Florida ballots. Why the heel-digging in Arizona? And Georgia? And Pennsylvania? And elsewhere?

Speakers will be Kim Waigand from The Crack’d Egg, Leah Hoopes, and state legislators who support this audit.

Over the years, I guess I’ve developed a somewhat conservative attitude — in the traditional libertarian sense of conservatism, as opposed to the thumbscrew-and-rack conservatism of the paramilitary right — particularly in regard to the importance of the individual as opposed to the state and the individual’s own responsibilities to humanity. I don’t think I’ve ever tried to formulate this into a coherent political philosophy, but at the root of my concern is the conviction that a human being is not a digit; he’s not a digit in regard to the state and he’s not a digit in the sense that he can ignore his fellow men and his obligations to society.
I was with the artillery supporting the division that took Dachau; I arrived there the day after it was taken, when bulldozers were making pyramids of human bodies outside the camp. What I saw there has haunted me ever since. Because the law is my profession, I’ve always wondered about the judges throughout Germany who sentenced men to jail for picking pockets at a time when their own government was jerking gold from the teeth of men murdered in gas chambers.

The power of the states and Congress has gradually been abandoned to the Executive Department, because of war conditions; and we’ve seen the creation of an arrogant, swollen bureaucratic complex totally unfettered by the checks and balances of the Constitution.
In a very real and terrifying sense, our Government is the CIA and the Pentagon, with Congress reduced to a debating society. Of course, you can’t spot this trend to fascism by casually looking around. You can’t look for such familiar signs as the swastika, because they won’t be there. We won’t build Dachaus and Auschwitzes; the clever manipulation of the mass media is creating a concentration camp of the mind that promises to be far more effective in keeping the populace in line. We’re not going to wake up one morning and suddenly find ourselves in gray uniforms goose-stepping off to work. But this isn’t the test. The test is: What happens to the individual who dissents? In Nazi Germany, he was physically destroyed; here, the process is more subtle, but the end results can be the same.
I’ve learned enough about the machinations of the CIA in the past year to know that this is no longer the dreamworld America I once believed in. The imperatives of the population explosion, which almost inevitably will lessen our belief in the sanctity of the individual human life, combined with the awesome power of the CIA and the defense establishment, seem destined to seal the fate of the America I knew as a child and bring us into a new Orwellian world where the citizen exists for the state and where raw power justifies any and every immoral act.
I’ve always had a kind of knee-jerk trust in my Government’s basic integrity, whatever political blunders it may make. But I’ve come to realize that in Washington, deceiving and manipulating the public are viewed by some as the natural prerogatives of office. Huey Long once said, “Fascism will come to America in the name of anti-fascism.” I’m afraid, based on my own experience, that fascism will come to America in the name of national security.
Impeachment Lawyers Representing Delco Vote Fraud Whistleblowers –Leah Hoopes and Gregory Stenstrom have retained attorneys Bruce Castor and Michael van der Veen to represent them in their crusade to explain the bizarre irregularities in Delaware County, Pa.’s voting tabulations from the Nov. 3 election.
Castor has already entered his appearance in Delaware County Court of Common Pleas, says Ms. Hoopes.
Castor and van der Veen were part of the the victorious team in Trump’s second kangaroo-court impeachment trial.
Ms. Hoopes and Stenstrom –who were Delaware County Board of Elections certified poll watchers and observers at the counting center — testified at the Nov. 25 hearing in Gettysburg before state senators that the chain of custody for ballots was shattered in Delaware County, and the USB drives containing records from voting machines disappeared.
When the Board of Elections ignored their concerns, they took the matter, on Dec. 22, to Delaware County Common Pleas Court.
Judge John Capuzzi did not allow them to present evidence or allow discovery to see ballots and envelopes, Ms. Hoopes says.
After Capuzzi dismissed their case on Jan. 11 –with prejudice — the Democrat-controlled county, in which can only be considered an act of intimidation, sought$19,224.56 in attorney fees from the whistleblowers.

Toomey Censure Looming By Pa Pubs? — An emergency meeting has been called by the Pennsylvania State Republican Committee, we have been told.
Does it involving censuring Sen. Pat Toomey for his gutless vote to convict President Trump and stay in the good, and profitable, graces of the cool-kid crowd in the D.C. establishment?

Why has Toomey been silent about vote fraud concerns, anyway? Does he really think it’s OK keeping minority observers from observing vote counting? That, that happened in Philadelphia is without dispute.

Trump Winning Election Lawsuits — Here’s a shock for those who get their information from n the highly paid propagandists in the establishment media: Donald Trump is winning his election lawsuits.
A team led by physicist John Droz analyzed the legal actions taken by Trump and his allies and found that they have won 15 of the 21 cases decided on merit (i.e. evidence), and that 25 remain active.
He notes that 34 cases were withdrawn, consolidated with other cases or rejected for lack of standing. In other words, evidence was not presented in thse cases.
