GOP Candidate Demands Delco Machines Be Quarantined And Investigated

GOP Candidate Demands Delco Machines Be Quarantined And Investigated — Congressional candidate Alfe Goodwin of Drexel Hill told County Council last night, Oct. 16, that Delaware County, Pa is violating state and federal rules regarding voting machine testing.

A injunction was filed Oct. 11 to quarantine the 18 machines tested in September to protect the chain of custody. She said they must be given to the FBI for investigation.

The remaining 838 precinct machines must then be tested to see if they have the same problems, she said.

The problems are that the tested machines are not in the configuration verified by either the federal Election Assistance Commission or the Pennsylvania Department of State.

She further said that the “trusted build” performed in September was done on only 2 percent of the machines. One must be done all all 856 precinct machines for an election to be valid.

It would violate the law for these machines to be used Nov. 5.

Ms. Goodwin is the Republican nominee for Pennsylvania’s 5th Congressional District. She called for her Democrat opponent, incumbent Mary Gay Scanlon, to join her in demanding the law be followed.

The 5th District consists of all of Delaware County along with parts of Philadelphia, Montgomery and Chester counties.

The case filed to enjoin the use of the machines is CV 2024008838.

That election doubts are widespread is entirely the fault of certain government bodies including Delaware County Council.

This group fights rulings by the Pennsylvania Office of Open Records to release election documents. They refuse to give poll watchers the expected access at the central ballot counting center.

Now, they have reached the point where congressional candidates are calling foul.

There is no innocent explanation for Council’s behavior.

Also last night, Charlie Alexander of Marple said he was told by police that people have been seen dropping 10 or 15 ballots in election dropboxes. Donna Yarnell of Marple said Delco has more dropboxes than any other county in the state.

This is true.

Councilwoman Christine Reuther boasted at meeting’s start about Delco’s 36 drop boxes. This is more than either Philadelphia or Allegheny counties which are much larger and include major cities.

Kathy from Haverford said that half the solar cameras supposedly providing security on the boxes don’t work.

Kathy also questioned the pop-up satellite voter services offices put up by the county and noted that Councilman Kevin Madden has yet to address his business connections to the BlueCrest ballot sorters used by the county.

Tom Flocco of Upper Providence encouraged all to watch the documentary Big Con which featured video of suspicious actions during Delaware County elections.

It will be available at Patriot.Online.

Bill from Upper Darby reminded all holding an oath of office that following orders is not an excuse.

“We will have our republic back,” he said.

At the beginning of the meeting, Ms. Reuther said that the county has received 27,000 ballots so far with 20,000 coming by mail, 4,000 being left at the Courthouse and 3,550 coming from community dropboxes.

Mail-in Ballot Fraud Reportedly Rampant In Pennsylvania, But Courts Now Supporting Open Record Rulings

Mail-in Ballot Fraud Reportedly Rampant In Pennsylvania, But Courts Now Supporting Open Record Rulings –Donald Trump posted a warning, Sept. 8, on Truth Social concerning a claim that 20 percent of Pennsylvania mail-in ballots are fraudulent.

“Where is the U.S. Attorney General and FBI to investigate?” he asked.

More significantly, he asked “Where is the Pennsylvania Republican Party?”

Got an answer, Larry Tabas? How about you, Frank Agovino? Delaware County is going to be under the microscope.

In the good news department, Chester County Common Pleas Court ordered the county government to comply with a ruling by the Pennsylvania Office of Open Records to let citizen Felice Fein see mail-in and absentee ballots, declaration envelopes and applicattions.

In the better news department, Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court ruled in a case involving Allegheny County that mail-in and absentee ballots are public records and coan be accessed via the state’s Right to Know Law.

Are you listening Delco? Why would you fight these requests anyway? Even more concerning, why would you appeal a decision by the state Office of Open Records?

Hat tips Joy Schwartz.

Stenstrom Tells Alex Jones Trump Is Greatest Whistlebower

Stenstrom Tells Alex Jones Trump Is Greatest Whistlebower –– President Donald Trump is the greatest whistleblower in history, Greg Stenstrom of Glen Mills, Pa. told Alex Jones, in an hour-long interveiw, Aug. 13.

“He walked among them, not with them,” Stenstrom said regarding the secret rulers of America. “He knows who they are; he know what they’ve done”

Stenstrom call these rulers “the council”. He says they are mostly inspector generals established by the Inspector General Act of 1978, who are practically accountable to no one.

However, they also include FBI Director Christopher Wray and Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley of Iowa.

Grassley should not be trusted, Stenstrom said.

Stenstrom said vote fraud will be massive and that Kamala Harris will be declared the winner by the media on election night.

However, unlike in 2020 steps, are being taken to prove the fraud, he said. This includes filing police reports by those told they had already voted.

The Council isn’t just motivated by money although their policies transfer enmorous wealth from citizens to the political class.

Their prime motive is the sadistic use of power, he said.

Delco Has 14510 Ineligible Voters Election Board Told

Delco Has 14510 Ineligible Voters Election Board Told — The Delaware County (Pa) Election Board, today, Aug. 12, heard a presentation by Josie Spastak (phonetic) of Brookhaven, Patricia Bleasdale of Glen Mills and a Gradyville man who described how they determined beyond doubt that there are at least 14,519ineligible voters on the county’s voting rolls.

Most of these voters are ineligible due to moving.

Ms. Spastak explained how they determined the number due to the Postal Services National Change of Address database corrolated with PennDOT’s change of address database.

She noted that there are far more likely ineligible voters on the rolls as only about 40 percent of persons moving notify the post office of change of address.

Later in the meeting, Cynthia Long, a majority inspector in Upper Darby, noted that at least six persons in her precinct have moved yet remain on the rolls.

Kathy Buckley, who is seeking the  168 District seat in the Pennsylvania House this November, objected to the plan redistricting of a Radnor precinct as but 90 days remained till the election.

Nicholas Manganaro of Radnor also objected pointing out that redistricting this close to a major election will make it harder to target voters by those who had been used to the precinct.

He also noted that Delaware County doesn’t properly test the hash codes of new software.

County Director of Elections James Allen told him that code testing is not required if the vendor installs software in persons as in the case of Delco but the county does limited hash code testing beyond the laws requirements.

Barb Lewis of Radnor expressed concerns about digital machines and cited the scandals involving Smartmatic.

Allen said Smartmatic is not a bit involved in Delaware County elections.

Charles Alexander of Marple said he remembered how much easier the lever machines were, and how much quicker and accurate the vote was.

Alexander also noted that Delco had more ballot dropboxes than any other county in the state including Philadlphia.

Sharon Devaney, a minority inspector in Haverford, noted that she didn’t get home until nearly midnight in the last election and that the county would be better returning to analogue machines.

Later in the meeting, Allen rebutted her. He apparently had her story checked during the discussion and found the retruns from her precinct arrived shortly before 11 p.m.

This means that she would have likely stayed on duty until 10:30 p.m.; a mere 16 hour day.

That’s telling her, Jim.

Despite all this the meeting was remarkably kumbaya.

Allen agreeded that Delco has far too many dropboxes and is working hard to cut back the number. He says they are logistical headaches. He said the reason for the large number of dropboxes was due to Delco’s large number of municipalities and that many of them — regardless of which party was in control — insisted on having one.

Board Chairwoman Ashley Lunkenheimer defended at least having some dropboxes as they are less likely to keep a voter from missing a deadline than if a mailbox was used.

Board member John McBlain agreed that the system has become overcomplicated and defended the old lever analog machines.

He noted that the election system has grown from 15 steps to 115.

He pointed out, however, that state and federal law have banned the use of these machines due to their inability to provide a paper trail.

Granted, nobody seems to trust this paper trail but the law is the law and that really is the reason.

One speaker pointed out that significant trust would return if the county would allow poll watchers the same rights at the central ballot counting center at the Wharf in Chester as they have at any other precinct.

The speaker, unwilling to disturb the kumbaya vibe, passed on noting trust would also increase if the county stopped appealing decisions by the state Office of Open Records regarding election records

Pondering Different Ways Of Voting

Pondering Different Ways Of Voting

By Bob Small

My friends in the Libertarian Party continue to try to improve the voting process.

Roy Minet seeks to replace plurality voting here. Around the time of our revolution “ French scholars, Jean-Charles de Borda and Nicolas de Condorcet, pointed out some of plurality’s serious problems. A 240-year-long debate ensued.

Roy feels plurality “is a cause of the increasing polarization that is rending the fabric of our society.” We end up electing presidents because they are better then.

“People are sick of having to vote for the “lesser evil,” he said.

He advocates Approve/Approve/Disapprove Voting. One of the main advantages of this is that you can express your disapproval.

He mentions that other forms of voting ; approval voting, condorcet, Instant runoff voting and STAR don’t allow voters to ever express dissatisfaction with a candidate. Would this prevent all the chowderheads and doofuses from running? Probably not, but it might make us voters feel better.

My friend Scott from Vermont sent me an article about hand counting votes in which we learn that over 24 countries use hand count elections.

Including Canada, France, Norway and the UK.

When the German Constitutional Court ruled against using voting machines, they went on to say that the “wide-reaching effect of possible errors of the voting machines or of deliberate electoral fraud make special precautions necessary in order to safeguard the principle of the public nature of elections.”

In Germany, the ballots are recounted “three times by different people and then once more in total.

This article goes on to say that if a country  that is 14 times the size of Arizona, with 14 times the voter turnout, competently conducts hand count elections and reports preliminary results by the early morning hours, Arizona can achieve the same results “

This article also points out that “public scrutiny and reliable examination of voting machine records are PROHIBITED.”

Unlike in Germany, we are expected to trust the process and are not allowed to audit or question the outcomes. Reminds me of a recent election in Pennsylvania.

Laura Parker, a spokesperson for New Labor (UK) said “ You can’t keep denying millions of people democratic legitimacy and hope they go away”.  Making Britain’s voting system fairer won’t enable parties like Reform – it’s the only way to challenge them

Virginia Purging Bad Voters, Why Not Delco, Pa.?

Virginia Purging Bad Voters, Why Not Delco, Pa.? — Renee M sent us this report about how Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin has purged 6,000 non-citizens from his state’s voting rolls along with 80,000 persons who have died or moved away.

Closer to home a citizens group led by John Proctor Child has found that in Pennsylvania, Delaware County, alone, has 12,000 persons on its voter rolls ineligible to vote.

What’s Gov. “Little” Josh Shapiro going to do about it? How about Delaware County Council?

The answer is almost certainly nothing.

Why would that be?

And as long as questions are being asked, why is Delaware County appealling rulings by the state Office of Open Records to grant citizens access to election information?

Why don’t poll watchers at the county’s central ballot counting center have the same rights they would at any other precinct?

Delco Has 12k Ineligible Voters

Delco Has 12k Ineligible Voters— Delaware County (Pa) Councilwoman Christine Reuther issued a challenge at the Aug. 7 meeting to show that county’s voting rolls were dirty.

John Proctor Child created a 300-page report showing that there are 12,000 ineligible voters on Delco’s rolls and Leah Hoopes posted the cover letter to the county, yesterday, on X.

Here it is:

In other news, Roger Alejandro Piñate Martinez, 49, a Venezuelan citizen and resident of Boca Raton, Fla., is among those charged with bribery and money laundering concerning elections in the Philippines.

Martinez and his co-conspirators funneled around $1 million in bribes to Juan Andres Donato Bautista, 60, the former Chairman of the Filipino Commission of Elections.

Martinez is a co-founder and executive of Smartmatic, which makes voting machines including the ones used to elect Hugo Chavez and Joe Biden.

Greg Stenstrom Guest On Roger Stone

Greg Stenstrom Guest On Roger Stone — Greg Stenstrom of Glen Mills, Pa. and retired Marine Col. Timothy Schindel were Roger Stone’s guests, July 23, on the StoneZone.

They described the danger America faces from the unelected people in the federal bureaucracy who feel, probably rightly, their easy living ends with a Donald Trump second term.

They said to a major event before the election such a bio attack or a financial meltdown

Also discussed was The Council, a group of federal officials, especially inspector generals, who are accountable to no one.

The goal of these people isn’t to provide for a just and prosperous society but to transfer wealth from citizens to go themselves.

Also election integrity was discussed along with the steps being taken to keep the debacle of 2020 from happening again.

They said mail-in ballots are the main source of vote fraud. Greg noted that one solution would be to stop using central counting centers like the Wharf in Delco, and to return the counting to the precincts.

Greg noted the victory won by himself and Leah Hoopes in Philadelphia Common Pleas Court when sued for defamation. The pair represented themselves. He pointed out they didn’t back down and used a truth defense. The other side quite when they saw the evidence they had showing widespread fraud.

Pennsylvania Has 1.4 Million Bad Voter Registrations

Pennsylvania Has 1.4 Million Bad Voter Registrations — Peter Bernegger, president of Election Watch, posted on X, July 17,that there are 1,420,435 improperly registered voters in Pennsylvania.

His breakdown is:

  • Registered to a commercial address: 2,405
  • Missing or wrong APT, STE, Unit #: 323,524
  • Invalid address: 346,505
  • Used Post Office Physical Address: 240
  • Registration occurred on a fed holiday: 315,517
  • Moved, left no forwarding address: 27,672 -Permanently moved out of state: 262,488
  • Permanently moved to a new county: 169,083 (within Pennsylvania)
  • Total: 1,420,435

He says the real danger is bad actors using these registrations to mail-in votes regardless of the intent of those in whose names the registrations are made.

This is the motivation for the push to register illegals.

The illegals will likely not try to vote but their names will be used.

Tevin Calls Out Christine On ‘Misinformation’ Claims

Tevin Calls Out Christine On ‘Misinformation’ Claims — We missed last night’s (July 17) meeting of Delaware County (Pa) Council, but Tevin Dix tells us he called out Councilwoman Christine A. Reuther concerning an email conversation he had with her.

Christine told Tevin that Charlie Alexander and Leah Hoopes had “no facts” regarding their concerns, respectively, about the county facilitating illegal immigration and rigging elections.

Charlie has posted his share of videos regarding suspicious behavior concerning foreigners who appear to be in violation of immigration laws.

And why did Springfield call a special meeting in June to pass an ordinance bathing in parks?

Hey Christine, have you looked at the scars on Sharon Devaney’s knees yet?

Leah, of course, recently won a court case concerning voting irregularities in Delco.

And why did District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer publicly claim that he dismissed a criminal complaint by Leah, Greg Stenstrom and Ruth Moton because the evidence they presented was three doctored internet videos, when the truth was it was 37 raw videos from a whistleblower?

The reason for the suspicion is entirely your fault, Christine.
